Booking tickets online
All tickets are purchasable through our ticketing partner, Eventbrite. If you are experiencing difficulty purchasing tickets online please contact tennis@brodies.com
Access
In order to gain access to the event you must be able to present either a digital ticket or a printed copy of your tickets. All tickets will be scanned upon arrival at the arena.
Children’s tickets and babes in arms
Children (ages 3 years to 15 years inclusive) shall require their own Ticket. Babes in arms and toddlers shall not be admitted to the Event as the Event is not deemed appropriate for children under 2 years old. Children must be supervised at all times and supervision of children shall be by not less than 1 adult per 3 children.
Missing, lost or stolen tickets
If you have not received your tickets on the same day as purchase, lost your tickets or suspect your tickets have been stolen please contact us via email at tennis@brodies.com.
Receiving tickets
All tickets will be sent within 24 hours of purchase by our ticketing partner, Eventbrite, to the email address used to register during checkout. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find them in your inbox.

By Bus
Edinburgh’s main bus terminal is located at St Andrews Square. Bus connections stretch right across the UK. For details of these routes please visit: www.nationalexpress.com or www.citylink.co.uk.

By Train
Edinburgh has two railway stations:
Waverley Station, which is 1.3 miles from EICC, is the city’s main railway station and has direct routes to many cities across the country, including over 25 daily departures from London.
Haymarket Station, which is just 0.4 miles from EICC, is a stop for many commuter and some UK train routes. Please ensure that you check with your rail network provider to find out if your train will stop at Haymarket or Waverley.

By Tram
Edinburgh Trams run between the Airport and York Place every 8-10 minutes Monday to Saturday and every 12-15 minutes on a Sunday. The closest tram stop to the EICC is at Haymarket Station. Please visit Edinburgh Trams website for more details.
Walk to EICC from Haymarket Station
When exiting Haymarket Station head right (east), towards the pedestrian crossing. Walk straight up Morrison Street for a few minutes and you will find the EICC on the left hand side.
Travelling to Edinburgh by Car
The EICC is right in the centre of Edinburgh. The main entrance is 150 Morrison Street. For directions from your home or office visit www.multimap.com and input EH3 8EE for the destination postcode.
Parking near the EICC
There are many car parks in close walking distance to the EICC. Please access the following links for further details:

Cycling
There are bike racks which can accommodate ten bikes, at the main entrance on Morrison Street, and spaces for a further twenty bikes at the racks behind the Atria One office building next to the EICC. For nearby routes, take a look at Edinburgh’s cycle paths, many of which run close to the EICC.
From Edinburgh Airport by Bus
The Airlink 100 operates a frequent bus service (every 10 minutes at peak times) between Edinburgh Airport and the city centre, with designated stops en route. The service starts at 04.30 and runs until 00.22 at night, with the journey taking 20 minutes. Tickets cost £4.50 single and £7.50 return. Delegates are advised to disembark at Haymarket Railway Station and to follow signs for EICC on foot (5 minute walk). See city centre map for directions.
The N22 bus also departs from outside the Airport entrance and runs every half an hour through the night until the Airlink service starts again. For more information about these services visit www.flybybus.com.
From Edinburgh Airport by Taxi
There is an excellent taxi service from the airport to the city. You’ll find official airport taxis at the taxi rank outside the terminal building (follow the signs within the airport). It costs approximately £15 to get a taxi from the airport to the city centre and the journey takes 20 minutes depending on the time of day.
Acceptable forms of ID
Challenge 25 will be in operation at this event. For the purchase of alcohol only the following forms of ID will be accepted by outlets; UK Passport, UK Driving Licence or a PASS accredited proof of age card.
Age restrictions
Children under 2 years old shall not be admitted to the Event.
Animals
No animals except for guide dogs or assistance dogs will be permitted within the arena.
Dress code
There is no formal dress code for the event, but please note that domestic, international football or rugby colours are not permitted. Costumes or items of clothing deemed controversial or offensive are not permitted.
Re-entry
Should you wish to leave and re-enter the venue during the event, please keep your ticket with you. We cannot guarantee re-entry to the venue if you are unable to present a valid ticket.
Yes, the arena has full access for wheelchairs and specific seating will be allocated. Please contact tennis@brodies.com for further information.
Yes, there will be a number of food outlets providing light snacks and refreshments throughout the day within the tennis arena.
No food or drink is permitted to be brought into the arena, except for one 500ml bottle of water per person. No glass is permitted in the arena.
The EICC it is completely cashless, all of our bars, kiosks and restaurants accept card and contactless payments. This is more efficient, safe and ensures a speedy transaction. There are no cash machines located within the EICC. The nearest ATM’s are at the Sainsbury’s on Morrison Street or Lothian Road.

In order to prevent large queues and delays in getting into the venue, please allow plenty of time for extra security measures.
Unnecessary items are not permitted in the arena and there are no storage facilities for luggage or large items.
Bags larger than A4 size (30cm x 42cm) are not permitted. Do not leave bags unattended and do not agree to look after anyone else’s bags if you don’t know them.
If you spot someone acting suspiciously, please report it to security or event staff immediately.
If you believe there to be an emergency with immediate risk, call 999 and alert a member of staff.
During an incident, please listen and follow the directions of staff and safety announcements.

Cameras and Video Equipment
The use of professional equipment for recording or transmitting (by digital, electronic or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data inside the event venue whilst in play is strictly forbidden.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes within the arena and the wider site is not permitted at any time. You must leave the grounds if you wish to smoke / vape and have your ticket with you to gain re-entry to the event.
